Ben jij ambitieus, leergierig en klaar om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige gebiedsontwikkelaar? Wil jij leren hoe je een project begeleidt vanaf de aankoop van grond tot aan de oplevering van woningen? Dan is dit jouw kans!

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Junior Gebiedsontwikkelaar uit de regio Alkmaar (maximaal ca. 30 minuten reistijd), die energie krijgt van bouwen, ontwikkelen en samenwerken aan mooie projecten.

De opdrachtgever is een betrokken en daadkrachtige organisatie waar ontwikkeling en bouwen samenkomen. Je komt terecht in een compact en sterk team van vier professionals. De lijnen zijn kort, de betrokkenheid is groot en je krijgt veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Gebiedsontwikkelaar word je intern opgeleid tot een zelfstandige professional. Dit opleidingstraject duurt ongeveer vijf jaar. In deze periode werk je nauw samen met een ervaren collega die jou stap voor stap meeneemt in het vak en je de fijne kneepjes leert.

Je leert hoe je: kansen in de markt signaleert en grondposities beoordeelt projecten begeleidt van initiatief tot realisatie schakelt met gemeenten, adviseurs, aannemers en bewoners bouwprocessen begrijpt en aanstuurt op locatie planningen bewaakt en overzicht houdt zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte blijven het aanspreekpunt en visitekaartje van het project bent.

Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken iemand met ambitie en doorzettingsvermogen. Iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt en zichzelf wil ontwikkelen binnen de wereld van gebiedsontwikkeling.

Jij bent: woonachtig in de regio Alkmaar (binnen 30 minuten reistijd) hongerig om te leren en gemotiveerd om te groeien zelfstandig en proactief, maar ook sterk in teamverband communicatief vaardig op verschillende niveaus bouwkundig onderlegd of hebt sterke affiniteit met bouw en techniek in staat om vaktechnische termen te begrijpen en mensen aan te sturen iemand die initiatief toont en werk naar zich toe trekt
