Ben je goed in het verbinden van partners in de wijk aan onze missie en het uitvoeren van leefbaarheidsprojecten? Ben jij een betrokken en ondernemende dienstverlener? Maak het verschil en word onze nieuwe Gebiedsregisseur. - 32-36 uur per week - € 4.656,- tot € 6.289,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur) Wat ga je doen? Als Gebiedsregisseur ben je de drijvende kracht achter de leefbaarheid in onze buurten en complexen. Je voert leefbaarheidsprojecten uit en ontwikkelt en realiseert deze samen met je collega's in een dynamisch gebiedsteam. Je werkt nauw samen met partners aan wijkontwikkelingsplannen en bedenkt oplossingen voor lastige vraagstukken op complex- of wijkniveau. Je onderhoudt actieve contacten met bewonerscommissies en bouwt sterke externe netwerken op. Je bent de spin in het web, zowel binnen als buiten Vidomes én binnen het team. Voor de wijkbeheer-collega's ben jij de sparringspartner op het gebied van leefbaarheid, overlast en schoon, heel en veilig in de wijk. Ook coördineer je de samenwerking binnen de brede gebiedsteams met collega's van de afdelingen Wonen, Vastgoed en ons Klantcontactcentrum. Wie ben jij? Als visitekaartje van Vidomes heb je van nature een flexibele, ondernemende en klantgerichte instelling. Je gaat diplomatiek om met belangentegenstellingen en beschikt over maatschappelijke en organisatiesensitiviteit. Je bent in staat de belangen van Vidomes, de huurder en de wijk goed af te wegen. Ook ben je een echte teamspeler. Resultaatgericht als je bent, onderneem je concrete en gerichte acties om doelstellingen te behalen of zelfs te overstijgen. Het verantwoorden van je resultaten is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan financiële resultaten, resultaten op het gebied van leefbaarheid door in te spelen op woonbelevingsonderzoeken en signalen uit de wijk, en resultaten op het gebied van schoon, heel...
