VACATURE GEBOUWBEHEERDERS (handig, technisch en goed gemutst) Podium De Vlam voert haar mooie programma uit in een bijzonder gebouw. Het is een eigenzinnig ontwerp, markant maar ook met de nodige aandachtspunten. Ben jij technisch en pak je graag klusjes aan? Kom dan eens kennismaken om te zien of je deel wilt gaan nemen in de Gebouwbeheercommissie (we zoeken 6 tot 8 enthousiaste collega's). Taken van de gebouwbeheerders zijn o.a.: 1. Controle RegelmaMg door en om het gebouw lopen om te zien of alles in orde is in de ruimste zin van het woord. Dat kan het scheef staan van stoelen zijn, lekkage in de wc, een deur die niet goed dicht zit, licht dat aanbleef, lamp die stuk is, verwarming die aan is gebleven, open of dicht gedraaid (dit mag niet), noem maar op. Je bent ook aanspreekpunt voor deze problemen als iemand anders dit opmerkt en gaat er achteraan of lost het zelf op. 2. Zorgdragen voor het regulier onderhoud en energiebeheer van het gebouw en onderhoud van de apparatuur. Een aantal onderhoudswerkzaamheden is uitbesteed. Bij deze taak hoort ook het oplossen van problemen met de apparatuur. Het vervangen van een kapoRe koffiekan, een haperende liT, een beamer die het niet doet. 3. Samen nadenken met betrokkenen over upgrade van het gebouw Het gebouw heeT nu nog een wat zakelijke uitstraling. De wens is om het gebouw te moderniseren en een eigenMjdse aanblik te geven. Dat kan bv. door een andere sfeervollere en prakMsche vloer in de benedenzaal, andere gordijnen, een kleine bar in de bovenzaal, etc. Daartoe wordt 2 of 3 maal per jaar een klusdag gepland met de commissie.
