Functieomschrijving

Als gecertificeerd lasser fabriceer en assembleer je gelaste injectorcomponenten met de hoogste precisie. Je werkt onder leiding van de Workshop Coordinator en vormt de praktische ruggengraat van ons injectorteam. Je voert lassen en assemblages uit conform ASME B31.3, EN 13480 en de Richtlijn Drukapparatuur (PED), volgens de WPS/PQR-instructies die voor elk product zijn vastgelegd.

Lassen en fabricatie

  • Je voert laswerkzaamheden uit volgens ASME B31.3, EN 13480 en PED, en volgt daarbij strikt de goedgekeurde WPS/PQR-instructies per assemblage.
  • Je fabriceert en assembleert speciale injectoren ontworpen door ons Engineering-team, inclusief pijpfitting: snijden, afschuinen en passend maken (fit-up) van pipe spools en onderdelen ter voorbereiding van het lassen.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen, plannen en lassymbolen.
  • Je zorgt dat alle lassen voldoen aan de kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen.

Kwaliteit

  • Je ondersteunt de kwaliteitsinspectie en het testen van gelaste assemblages en stelt lasregistraties en traceerbaarheidsdocumentatie ter beschikking van de QA/QC-inspecteur voor het fabricagedossier.
  • Je houdt je lascertificaten up-to-date.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een geldig lascertificaat volgens ASME IX en/of ISO 9606 (vereist); kennis van PED is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ASME B31.3, EN 13480 en PED zoals van toepassing op gelaste drukleidingen en drukapparatuur.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar laservaring, bij voorkeur in precisie- of drukapparatuurbouw, en aantoonbare ervaring met de fabricatie van hogedrukapparatuur.
  • Je leest vlot technische tekeningen, plannen, lassymbolen en PQR/WPS-documenten.
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van TIG-lasprocessen, materialen en TIG-lasapparatuur.
  • Je spreekt Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met een sterk kwaliteitsbewustzijn, bent fysiek in staat om in een lasomgeving te werken en bent een echte teamspeler.
