Wat ga je doen? Voor een grote klant en toonaangevende speler in de tuinzadensector zijn wij op zoek naar een gedegen administratieve kracht binnen de afdeling supply planning. Als administratief medewerker speel je een sleutelrol in het ervoor zorgen dat onze zaden beschikbaar zijn wanneer en waar ze nodig zijn. Je coördineert planning, verwerking en logistiek, waardoor de operaties soepel verlopen en klanten tevreden blijven. Je werkzaamheden als administratief medewerker bestaan onder andere uit: - Toezicht houden op regionale zaadverwerkings- en verpakkingsactiviteiten; - Beheren van voorraadniveaus en aanvulorders; - Coördineren met interne teams en externe partners over capaciteit en kwaliteit; - Zorgen voor correcte documentatie (landvereisten, testcertificaten, importvergunningen); - Ondersteunen van operationele S&OP en rapportage; - Afhandelen van zaadaankopen en interne orderadministratie; - Samenwerken met planners, kwaliteitsborging, customer service en sales. Dit bezit je: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, een afgeronde opleiding Logistiek management, Bedrijfskunde of Agribusiness is een pré; - 1-3 jaar ervaring in supply chain of logistiek als administratief medewerker; - Ervaren met ERP-systemen en planningssoftware; - Zeer goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels; - Uitstekend probleemoplossend vermogen; - Beschikbaar voor 32-38 uur per week. Wat ontvang je? - Salarisrange tussen de €3.500 en €4000,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleidingsniveau; - 25 verlofdagen o.b.v. 38 uur; - Reiskostenvergoeding, vanaf 5 km tot maximaal 35 km enkele reis, € 0,23 per gereisde km; - Goede pensioensregeling; - Vakantiegeld.
