Wil jij als operatieassistent werken in één van de meest uitdagende academische ziekenhuizen van Nederland? Kom werken als operatieassistent bij Amsterdam UMC! Als operatieassistent bij Amsterdam UMC zorg jij er in een multidisciplinair team voor dat patiënten veilig hun operatie kunnen ondergaan. Afhankelijk van jouw specialisme, assisteer jij chirurgen bij lange of kortere ingrepen. Dit zijn voornamelijk de meer zeldzame en ingewikkelde behandelingen en veelal bij spoedpatiënten. Aangezien we een universitair medisch centrum zijn doen we daarnaast veel wetenschappelijk onderzoek, ontwikkelen we nieuwe medische technieken en leiden we _tudenten op. Eén van jouw taken als operatieassistent is dan ook het begeleiden van deze operatieassistenten in opleiding. Natuurlijk kun jij zelf ook blijven leren met o.a. e-learnings, klinische lessen en bijscholingsmomenten door medisch specialisten, collega-operatieassistenten en leveranciers. Heb je veel affiniteit met een specifiek specialisme dan kun je vakspecialist of specialisme- oudste worden. En als je leidinggevende ambities hebt zijn er diverse doorgroeimogelijkheden. Ook andere talenten kun je bij ons verder ontwikkelen, zo zijn er collega’s die CRM-trainingen geven of toetsen m.b.t. voorbehouden handelingen, in het collegiaal opvangteam meedraaien, ergo-coach zijn, onderdeel uitmaken van een auditteam of BLS-instructeur zijn. Kortom, als operatieassistent zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden te over. Amsterdam UMC heeft een samenwerkingsverband met defensie, waardoor het ook mogelijk is om als operatieassistent bij defensie te werken en uitgezonden te worden. Een diploma NVZ Operatieassistent. Nauwkeurigheid, ook in stressvolle of snel veranderende situaties. Teamspirit en plezier in multidisciplinair werken. De bereidheid om dagdiensten te draaien van 7.30 -17.00 uur en

aanwezigheidsdiensten. En om af en toe op de andere locatie te werken. Werkdagen zijn in overleg. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een flinke dosis klantgerichtheid. Motivatie om een bijdrage te leveren aan de ontwikkeling en groei van jezelf, jouw team en de afdeling. Voldoe je nog niet aan de eisen van operatieassistent, maar is dit wel de baan van jouw dromen? Verdiep je dan eens in onze opleiding tot operatieassistent. Wij zetten hier ieder jaar in januari/februari en augustus/september een vacature voor uit. Voldoe je aan de gestelde eisen, dan ontvang je direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. De mogelijkheid om jouw parttime contract aan te vullen met een 0-uren flexcontract, zodat je af en toe een extra dienst kunt werken. Inschaling in salarisschaal 9M: € 3.993 tot € 5.845 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris. Een omkleedvergoeding van € 110,00 bruto per maand bij een volledige arbeidsduur conform cao UMC. Vakantie-uren: 194,4 uur per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en mogelijkheid om uren bij te sparen. Pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarvan wij 70% van de premie betalen. 100% OV-vergoeding. In het Amsterdam UMC werk je in een trauma-1 operatiecentrum op locatie VUmc en/of locatie AMC.
