Wat je gaat doen voor Middelburg Als gedragsdeskundige ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor consulenten, casus- en procesregisseurs binnen de Toegang in Middelburg (TIM). Je wordt betrokken bij complexe casuïstiek en ondersteunt bij zorgvuldige besluitvorming. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rij: - Adviseren. Je adviseert collega's bij complexe vraagstukken rondom jeugdigen, gezinnen en volwassenen. Je ondersteunt bij kernbeslissingen die ingrijpen in het leven van inwoners, zoals risicotaxaties, veiligheidsafwegingen en het al dan niet doen van een raadsmelding. Je helpt gedrag te duiden en denkt mee over passende vervolgstappen. - Toetsen. Je toetst casuïstiek en beoordeelt of analyses, plannen en interventies inhoudelijk passend zijn. Je draagt bij aan een methodische en planmatige aanpak en ondersteunt collega's bij het zorgvuldig onderbouwen van besluiten. - Beoordelen. Samen met professionals beoordeel je ontwikkelings- en veiligheidsrisico's. Je ondersteunt bij het afwegen van beschermende en risicofactoren en adviseert over opschaling naar specialistische ondersteuning. - Ontwikkelen. Je draagt bij aan de vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling van het team. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen binnen het sociaal domein en vertaalt deze naar de praktijk.
