Heb je affiniteit met deze doelgroep en denk je in mogelijkheden en creatieve oplossingen? Kom werken als gedragsdeskundige bij Middin en ga voor midden in het leven. Je werkt binnen de regio Rotterdam op meerdere locaties. Binnen het team wordt gekeken naar een passende verdeling van locaties, doelgroepen en expertise. Vanuit jouw deskundigheid lever je behandeling en ondersteuning aan cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en/of NAH. Daarnaast ondersteun en adviseer je begeleidende teams bij complexe zorgvragen. Zo draag je bij aan een organisatie met een belangrijke maatschappelijke opdracht: mensen zo veel mogelijk midden in het leven laten staan. Als gedragsdeskundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van mensen met NAH en/of een verstandelijke beperking, eventueel in combinatie met een lichamelijke beperking. Met zowel directe als indirecte (mediatieve) behandeling draag je bij aan het vergroten van de kwaliteit van leven van cliënten. Je analyseert en verheldert hulpvragen, bespreekt mogelijke oorzaken van gedrag en biedt praktische, werkbare oplossingen voor cliënten en hun omgeving. Daarnaast houd je het behandeldossier actueel, adviseer je zorgmanagers en voer je psychodiagnostisch onderzoek uit op het gebied van cognitie, gedrag en stemming. Verder ga je: - Gevraagd en ongevraagd gedragsdeskundig advies geven aan begeleiders, zorgmanagers en andere behandelaren over de aanpak en kwaliteit van zorg. - Een bijdrage leveren aan deskundigheidsbevordering van begeleidende teams. - Deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en hierin adviseren. - Ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied signaleren en bijdragen aan beleidsontwikkeling.
