Gedragsdeskundige - KDC Nifterlake Organisatie: Ons Tweede Thuis Locatie: Amstelveen Uren per week 16-16 Kom jij als gedragsdeskundige een bijdrage leveren aan een goed leven voor kinderen met een verstandelijke en meervoudige beperking en ben je iemand die werkplezier haalt uit het ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling van de ander? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als gedragsdeskundige ben je inhoudelijk verantwoordelijk voor de dagbehandeling van kinderen met een verstandelijke en meervoudige beperking. Je levert een bijdrage aan het verbeteren van de interdisciplinaire dagbehandeling in de dagelijkse praktijk door: - Afstemmen behandel- en clientplan in samenwerking met ouders, begeleiding en therapeuten. Je hebt hierbij een holistische- en systemische visie. - Diagnostisch onderzoek (cognitieve-, sociaal emotionele- en adaptieve vaardigheden); - Samenwerking binnen pedagogisch-therapeutisch klimaat (collega gedragsdeskundige, teamarts, revalidatiearts, logopedist, ergotherapeut, fysiotherapeut en begeleiders); - Uitvoeren van (mediërende) behandeling; - Deskundigheidsbevordering van collega's; - Uitdragen van de visie van Ons Tweede Thuis binnen het KDC (gedeeld leiderschap met de locatiemanager); - Je bent onderdeel van het begeleidingsteam (BT) dat richting geeft aan pedagogisch en organisatorisch beleid binnen het KDC en ondersteunt de uitvoering daarvan in de praktijk - Je draait na een inwerkperiode achterwacht diensten (gemiddeld 2-3 weken per jaar) waarin je buiten kantoortijden gebeld kan worden met inhoudelijke vragen over cliënten van heel OTT. Door het uitvoeren van onderzoek en diagnostiek creëer je inzicht in de onderliggende factoren die het gedrag van de cliënt kunnen verklaren.
