Over ons In het hart van het historische centrum van Lochem vind je onze ruime woonlocatie met 15 appartementen. Hier wonen cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking, vaak gepaard met psychiatrische klachten en/of verslavingsproblematiek. Ons team vormt een hechte, betrokken groep professionals die klaarstaat voor elkaar én voor onze cliënten. Samen creëren we een veilige, stabiele en huiselijke woonomgeving waar iedereen kan groeien op zijn eigen tempo. Er is bij ons ruimte voor overleg, ontwikkeling, samenwerking en vooral… humor. Want werken met een complexe doelgroep vraagt veel, maar geeft nog veel meer terug. We bieden begeleiding vanuit de Triple-C methodiek, waarbij we ons richten op het versterken van de kracht, talenten en vaardigheden van de cliënten Humanitas DMH Bij Humanitas DMH staat de mens centraal.
