Gedragsdeskundige Regio Noordwest Voor diverse woonlocaties in regio Noordwest (Noord-Holland en de kop van Zuid-Holland) zoekt het Expertisecentrum van Philadelphia twee ervaren Gedragsdeskundigen voor ongeveer 28 tot 32 uur per week. Je hoeft daarbij niet de hele regio te bedienen. We hebben ruimte in twee verschillende werkgebieden: het noordelijke deel rond Bergen, Sint Pancras en Heerhugowaard en het zuidelijke deel rond Haarlem en Alphen aan den Rijn. Samen kijken we welk gebied het beste aansluit bij jouw woonplaats, wensen en beschikbaarheid. Je werkt met (jong)volwassen cliënten met een lichte tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking, soms gecombineerd met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag of bijkomende problematiek. Wil jij écht begrijpen wat er achter gedrag schuilt? Krijg jij energie van creatief zoeken naar mogelijkheden, zodat cliënten zo gewoon en zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen leven? En zoek je een functie met veel vrijheid, waarin je tegelijk nauw samenwerkt met een betrokken en deskundig team? Dan pas je goed bij ons. Wat ga je doen? Als gedragsdeskundige lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de behandeling en ondersteuning van cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je houdt je bezig met diagnostiek, behandeling en advisering aan teams. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over hoe de zorg en begeleiding nóg beter kunnen. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het landelijke Expertisecentrum van Philadelphia, maar werkt nauw samen met collega's in regio Noordwest. We kijken daarbij goed welke locaties en doelgroepen aansluiten bij jouw ervaring en voorkeuren. Ben je GZ-psycholoog of Orthopedagoog-Generalist? Dan begeleid je ook junior collega's en vervul je een rol als Wzd-functionaris. Hier ga jij je in vastbijten: - Meebouwen aan een sterk en hecht regioteam; - Junior gedragsdeskundigen coachen en begeleiden; - Meedenken over inhoudelijke visie en vernieuwing; - Bijdragen aan kwaliteit, beleid en ontwikkeling van de zorg.
