Gedragsdeskundige Zeeland Hier ga je werken Als gedragsdeskundige maak je deel uit van het team Expertise & Behandeling, een multidisciplinair team van 24 professionals. Gors biedt zorg en behandeling aan kinderen, jongvolwassenen, volwassenen en ouderen met uiteenlopende ondersteuningsvragen. Onze cliënten hebben onder andere een verstandelijke of lichamelijke beperking, ernstige meervoudige beperkingen of niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Samen werken we aan een betekenisvol leven, waarbij we aansluiten bij ieders mogelijkheden, behoeften en leefomgeving. In deze functie werk je met een diverse doelgroep. Je bent regiebehandelaar voor volwassen cliënten die bij Gors wonen en te maken hebben met uiteenlopende lichamelijke, cognitieve en emotionele hulpvragen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met ambulante thuisbegeleiders om de begeleiding en mediërende behandeling van cliënten die zelfstandig wonen zo goed mogelijk vorm te geven. Met jouw onderzoekende houding houd je overzicht en zorg je voor goede afstemming tussen interne en externe hulpverleners. Zo help je een omgeving te creëren waarin de cliënt het dagelijks leven zo gewoon en betekenisvol mogelijk kan ervaren, passend bij de behandelvisie Triple-C.
