Je kent het gevoel: een situatie die vastloopt, een team dat om houvast vraagt, een bewoner die net dat beetje extra begrip nodig heeft. Als ervaren gedragskundige weet jij in die momenten het overzicht te bewaren. Je kijkt verder dan de individuele casus en ziet het grotere plaatje. Jij zet je kennis en kalmte in om niet alleen bewoners verder te helpen, maar ook teams en collega-gedragskundigen. Je deelt je inzichten, denkt mee over lastige vraagstukken en geeft richting waar dat nodig is. Op de werkvloer ben jij de ankerfiguur. In complexe situaties pak jij de regie, en tegelijkertijd ben je de coach die ruimte maakt voor de groei van anderen. Waar ga je werken? Je werkt bij Overkempe (Olst) en Verdandi (Loenen en Zutphen), woon- en werkgemeenschappen voor in totaal 164 bewoners. Onze waarden zijn geworteld in de antroposofie: we zijn gelijkwaardig, helpen elkaar groeien en zijn met aandacht aanwezig voor wat dit moment vraagt. Onze terreinen ademen rust met veel groen, herkenbare dagritmes en verbinding met de seizoenen. De antroposofische zorgvisie die richting geeft aan ons werk is vertaald naar de zorgmethodiek Camino . Als gedragskundige ken je deze visie, of ben je bereid deze te leren kennen, en geef je haar concreet handen en voeten in je dagelijkse werk. Het gedragskundig team bestaat uit vier gedragskundigen.
