Elke cliënt krijgt de best passende start van zorg met een brede, integrale en verdiepende analyse, naast dat we zo snel mogelijk direct willen starten. Als nodig wordt diagnostiek ingezet, informatie opgevraagd en een extra gesprek(ken) gepland met het gezin om te komen tot een gedeeld beeld. Het verder ontwikkelen van de werkwijze in het kader van de clientreis en wat Toegang kan betekenen in wachttijd vraagt de komende periode aandacht en doorontwikkeling. De complexe casuïstiek waar Parlan voor staat, zorgt ervoor dat de medewerkers maatwerk adviseren. Het uitdragen van de visie van Parlan zowel intern als extern is een belangrijke taak van de afdeling Toegang. Consultatie en advies binnen de organisatie en met verwijzers zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling Toegang actief mee kan denken met verschillende complexe hulpvragen. De afdeling Toegang is bovenregionaal ingericht. Het onderhouden van contacten en de verbinding aan blijven gaan in de gehele organisatie en daarbuiten zorgen ook voor een signalerende functie wat er speelt binnen het werkveld. Dit ga je doen Als Gedragswetenschapper B ben jij de inhoudelijke spil binnen de afdeling Toegang. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de aanmeldingen regulier kwalitatief sterk opgepakt worden. - Je kunt snel schakelen en analyseren. - Je bent in staat om zowel intern als extern de lijnen uit te zetten m.b.t. de casuïstiek. - Bijdrage leveren aan: werkbegeleiding, casuïstiek, MDO's, teamvergaderingen en deskund...
