Wij zoeken per direct een gedragswetenschapper. Wat ga je doen? Bij Veilig Thuis Gelderland-Midden komen meldingen binnen over (vermoedens van) huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling. De dynamiek in deze gezinnen is vaak ingewikkeld. Denk aan ontkenning, angst, manipulatie, verslaving of intergenerationeel trauma. Jij als gedragswetenschapper voegt vanuit je wetenschappelijke achtergrond psychologische en systeemtheoretische kennis toe. Daarmee ondersteun én adviseer je onze uitvoerende professionals bij het nemen van beslissingen. Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan de deskundigheid van betrokken collega's van Veilig Thuis. Tot slot heb je een actieve bijdrage in de samenwerking met verschillende samenwerkingspartners in het sociaal domein. Kortom: als gedragswetenschapper binnen Veilig Thuis Gelderland-Midden heb je een unieke rol, Meer concreet kun je denken aan: - Het voeren van MDO's: het toevoegen van expertise en het duiden van de opgehaalde informatie. - Landelijke ontwikkelingen vertalen binnen onze organisatie. - Kennis en expertise bieden door middel van webinars en/of trainingen. - Relatiebeheer met de gedragswetenschappers in de lokale teams van onze opdracht gevende gemeenten zoals het aansluiten bij regionale methodische leerbijeenkomsten met gedragswetenschappers uit de regio. - Signaleren en adviseren richting het MT van Veilig Thuis Gelderland-Midden over inhoudelijke mogelijkheden tot verbetering of inhoudelijke risico's. - Schr...
