Bij Meidy therapeutisch gezinscentrum geloven we dat ieder kind en ieder gezin een veilige basis verdient. We bieden ambulante hulp in de thuissituatie en, wanneer thuiswonen tijdelijk niet mogelijk is, intensieve 24/7 ondersteuning binnen ons therapeutisch gezinscentrum in Damwoude. Binnen onze gezinsopnames werken we samen met ouders en kinderen, aan veiligheid, opvoedvaardigheden en perspectief. Voor het team ouder-kind zoeken we een ervaren gedragswetenschapper die inhoudelijke richting geeft aan de behandeling en nauw samenwerkt met de groepsbehandelaren en externe partners. De functie is in eerste instantie bedoeld voor zwangerschapsvervanging. We bespreken graag de mogelijkheden voor een langere samenwerking. Dit vragen we van jou: - Je sluit goed aan bij de vraag en het vakmanschap van de uitvoerende groepsbehandelaren. - Je bent stevig, stressbestendig en kunt goed prioriteren en relativeren. - Je handelt vanuit zelfregie, eigen kracht en het netwerk van gezinnen. Tegelijkertijd durf je risico's duidelijk op tafel te leggen en weet je noodzakelijk handelen toe te passen wanneer de situatie daar om vraagt. - Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met complexe problematiek. - Je hebt een duidelijke visie op 'goed-genoeg opvoederschap' en kunt deze visie helder overbrengen op anderen. - Je kunt verschillende belangen en perspecti...
