PSW zoekt een Gedragswetenschapper sectoren Wonen, Dagbesteding en Thuis Dienstverband 20 - 24 uur per week Opleidingsniveau WO Standplaats Panningen Werkvelden Gehandicaptenzorg Van november 2026 tot september 2027 zijn wij op zoek naar een gedragswetenschapper voor 20 tot 24 uur per week. In deze periode vervang je ouderschapsverlof van diverse collega's. Een mooie kans om binnen PSW aan de slag te gaan, jouw expertise in te zetten en écht van betekenis te zijn voor onze cliënten en hun omgeving. Wat ga jij doen? Als gedragswetenschapper lever je een bijdrage aan het opstellen en evalueren van ondersteuningsplannen. Soms ben je regiebehandelaar en daarnaast word je geconsulteerd door de zorgverantwoordelijke medewerkers. Je doet aan diagnostiek, beeldvorming en verzorgt de consultatie voor o.a. huisartsen. Waar nodig voer je individuele behandelingen uit afhankelijk van je achtergrond. Je coacht begeleiders en levert een bijdrage aan de deskundigheidsbevordering. Je adviseert over de in- en uitstroom van cliënten en werkt decentraal samen in de regio met ketenpartners. Het team De beschikbare uren vallen binnen de PSW-sectoren Wonen, Dagbesteding en Thuis in de regio Midden en Noord-Limburg. Je werkt nauw samen met begeleiders, therapeuten binnen de regio en met jouw directe collega-gedragswetenschappers. Wat bieden wij? - Salaris volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FWG 60 tussen de €4077, - en €5926,- bruto/maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (36 u/w). Bij de inschaling wordt gekeken naar de kennis en ervaring die jij meebrengt; - Ruimte om je te ontwikkelen en opleidingen te volgen; - Een tijdelijk contract van november 2026 tot september 2027 ter vervanging van ouderschapsverlof; - 20 tot 24 uur per week. De invulling van de uren bepalen we in onderling overleg; - Je krijgt boven op je wettelijke verlofuren 14,4 PSW-uren én 57 balansuren bij een fulltime dienstverband; - Aantrekkelijke secundaire voorwaarde...
