Met 30+ clubs bouwen wij aan de grootste padelcommunity én brengen we padel naar een hoger niveau - op én naast de baan. Onze ambitie reikt tot over de landsgrenzen; de eerste 4 clubs in Duitsland zijn inmiddels geopend en er wordt ingezet op een flinke groei. Werken bij Peakz Padel is meer dan alleen een baan waar iedereen jaloers op is. Je wordt onderdeel van een team dat keihard werkt om padel op de Olympische Spelen van 2032 te krijgen! Om deze groei te realiseren zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Business Developer . Van het zoeken naar interessante locaties en het eerste (onderhandelings)contact met makelaars, ontwikkelaars en gemeenten tot het analyseren van de mogelijkheden, schetsen van de baanindeling en het checken van contracten: jij zit er bovenop! Je combineert commercieel inzicht met ruimtelijk gevoel en bent niet bang om je vast te bijten in details. Een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid én veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Jouw belangrijkste taken & verantwoordelijkheden - Actief zoeken naar en beoordelen van potentiële nieuwe locaties in Nederland en Duitsland; - Alle leads analyseren, kwalificeren en opvolgen; - Locatie analyses en businesscases opstellen; - Inmeten van locaties & indelingsschetsen maken; - Vergunningsaanvragen voorbereiden en aanvragen; - Huurcontracten en andere afspraken kritisch beoordelen en aandachtspunten signaleren; - Het onderhandelingsproces voorbereiden en ondersteunen; Positie in de organisatie Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Development Manager Duitsland, Commercieel Directeur en in de laatste fase van onderhandeling met de CEO.
