Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar versterking van ons vastgoedteam in Eindhoven. Als kandidaat-notaris bij VDB Notarissen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van zowel particuliere als zakelijke cliënten bij uiteenlopende vastgoedvraagstukken. Tot de brede cliëntenportefeuille van VDB Notarissen behoren onder andere ontwikkelaars, bouwbedrijven, beleggers, banken, financiers, ondernemers binnen het mkb, publiekrechtelijke partijen, start-ups en particulieren. VDB Notarissen | Waalre wo senior fulltime, parttime wo senior fulltime, parttime Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert en begeleidt cliënten op het gebied van vastgoedtransacties, financieringen en zekerheden, projectontwikkeling, beperkte rechten, (wijzigingen van) splitsingen in appartementsrechten, netwerkregistraties en uitpondingen; - Je begeleidt dossiers zelfstandig van begin tot eind, stelt alle benodigde notariële en onderhandse akten op en verzorgt de communicatie met betrokken partijen; - Je denkt mee met collega's, begeleidt ze waar nodig en leest door hen opgestelde documenten tegen; - Je herkent kansen in de markt en bent bereid hierop in te spelen; - Je neemt deel aan het (specialistische) vaktechnisch overleg (VTO), om op de hoogte te blijven van alle recente ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied; - Je bent actief betrokken bij het maandelijkse overleg van het gehele notariaat; zo ben je dus ook betrokken bij de ontwikkelingen binnen de andere secties (ondernemingsrecht en estate‑planning); en - Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van ons vastgoedteam en notariaat in brede zin.
