Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar versterking van ons team Ondernemingsrecht op onze vestiging in Den Bosch. Als kandidaat-notaris in de ondernemingsrechtpraktijk werk je samen met jouw collega's aan afwisselende (advies) opdrachten. Tot onze cliëntenportefeuille behoren grote familiebedrijven, ondernemers, MKB+ bedrijven, start-ups en (inter-) nationale corporates. VDB Notarissen | Den Bosch wo medior, senior fulltime, parttime wo medior, senior fulltime, parttime Wat ga je doen? Jouw rol is veelzijdig en afwisselend: - Je adviseert cliënten op het gebied van juridische herstructureringen, van bedrijfsopvolgingsregelingen, het opzetten van nieuwe structuren, fusies en overnames, maar ook governance-vraagstukken; - Je bent vanaf het begin betrokken bij het gehele proces van a tot z; - Samen met een collega bezoek jij cliënten, om hen van het beste advies te voorzien; - Het voorbereiden van akten en dossiers; - Je neemt deel aan het (overkoepelende) vaktechnisch overleg (VTO), om op de hoogte te blijven van alle recente ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied; - Je bent actief betrokken bij het maandelijkse overleg binnen het gehele notariaat, zo ben je dus ook betrokken bij de andere secties vastgoedrecht en estate-planning.
