Debo Technics is al 15 jaar actief als technische partner voor industriële productiebedrijven. Met een team van bijna 60 techniekers ondersteunen we klanten in heel Vlaanderen bij hun technisch onderhoud.

Als onderhoudstechnieker / elektromechanieker kom je terecht in een langdurige opdracht binnen een industriële productieomgeving in de voedingssector. Je staat mee in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud en wordt daarnaast een belangrijke technische schakel binnen het team.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit op elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch en hydraulisch vlak.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met de maintenance manager en productie en formuleert concrete verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je rapporteert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, storingen en verbeteringen.
  • Samen met engineering werk je onderhoudsplannen verder uit en zorg je ervoor dat deze steeds up-to-date blijven.
  • Je stelt instructieprocedures op voor productiemedewerkers en helpt mee om technische kennis binnen de organisatie te delen.
  • Je begeleidt en leidt nieuwe onderhoudstechniekers op en volgt hun ontwikkeling mee op.
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten die over verschillende ploegen heen worden uitgerold.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met leveranciers en servicemonteurs voor onderhoud, storingen en bediening van machines.
  • Je vraagt offertes op en bestelt de nodige technische onderdelen.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe technologieën en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector via vakbeurzen, leveranciersbezoeken en vakliteratuur.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker / elektromechanieker die technisch sterk in zijn schoenen staat en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker, elektromechanieker of storingstechnieker binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Elektrische en mechanische storingen opsporen en oplossen? Daar krijg jij energie van.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van pneumatica en/of hydraulica.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen is een mooie troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar weet ook wanneer overleg nodig is.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en ziet mogelijkheden om onderhoud en machines te verbeteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, productie, leveranciers en andere technische partners.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en vindt het interessant om collega's te begeleiden.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
