Dan is deze functie als bewonersbegeleider jouw volgende stap! Als bewonersbegeleider versterk je het team binnen de afdeling Wonen. Jouw hoofdtaak is het ondersteunen en begeleiden van bewoners tijdens ingrijpende momenten zoals renovaties, sloop, en (ver)nieuwbouwprojecten. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om bewoners zorgvuldig door deze veranderprocessen te leiden, waarbij empathie, geduld en overtuigingskracht essentieel zijn. Naast het bieden van directe ondersteuning aan bewoners, speel je een actieve rol binnen het projectteam en werk je nauw samen met projectleiders om de belangen van onze huurders te behartigen. Verwachte werkzaamheden: - Het behalen van draagvlak in samenwerking met de aannemer; - Deelnemen aan warme opnames en bewonersavonden; - Het voorbereiden en opzetten van projecten in verschillende fases; - Het bieden van persoonlijke aandacht en zichtbaar zijn voor bewoners; - Ontwikkelen van maatwerkoplossingen in samenspraak met bewoners en teamleden; - Beheer van wisselwoningen en bijbehorende administratie; - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van juridische dossiers waar nodig. Functie-eisen We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven professional met een hart voor de maatschappij en een achtergrond in sociaal beheer. - Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen woningcorporaties of sociaal beheer; - Een relevante opleiding op het gebied van sociaal werk, maatschappelijk werk, bestuurskunde of een vergelijkbare studie; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen ...
