JOUW UITDAGING

  • Spilfiguur van A tot Z: Je begeleidt en coördineert exclusieve projecten vanaf de werkvoorbereiding tot en met de vlekkeloze oplevering.
  • Technisch talent: Je vertaalt creatieve ontwerpen en ideeën naar haarschalige werkvoorbereidingen en nauwkeurige technische tekeningen (Vectorworks/AutoCAD).
  • Communicatie & Coördinatie: Je onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten, (interieur)architecten en aannemers, en stuurt de interne en externe uitvoeringsteams vlot aan.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking op de werf: Je bezoekt de werven actief, controleert de planning, bewaakt het detailniveau en stuurt direct bij waar nodig.

PROFIEL

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Ervaring: Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouw-, interieur- of schrijnwerksector.
  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een Bachelor (Houttechnologie, Interieurarchitectuur, Toegepaste Architectuur) of bent gelijkwaardig door sterke praktijkervaring.
  • Software: Vlotte kennis van tekenprogramma's zoals Vectorworks en/of AutoCAD is een grote troef.
  • Competenties: Je werkt organisatorisch sterk, zelfstandig en denkt altijd oplossingsgericht en & hands - on.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent communicatief vaardig, stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld.
