Over SRBA Construction SRBA Construction maakt onderdeel uit van SRBA Group en is al meer dan 25 jaar een betrouwbare bouwpartner voor utiliteitsprojecten en hoogwaardige binnenafbouw. Wij denken mee en voeren uit. Of het nu gaat om een strakke planningsopdracht voor een aannemer of een stijlvolle transformatie voor een gebouweigenaar, bij SRBA Construction draait het om vakmanschap, efficiëntie en slim bouwen. Onze kracht ligt in één team dat twee werelden begrijpt: - Utiliteitsbouw met schaal en structuur. - Maatwerk en afbouw met oog voor beleving. Ons team bestaat uit ervaren specialisten, van engineers en werkvoorbereiders tot uitvoerders en monteurs. Binnen SRBA Construction werkt iedere discipline samen vanuit één uitgangspunt: bouwen met kwaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid in dienst van de opdrachtgever. Functieomschrijving In de functie van uitvoerder heb je de dagelijkse leiding over een bouwproject en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering op het gebied van personeel, logistiek, kwaliteit, budget en uiteraard de planning. Dit kan variëren van meerdere kleinere projecten van circa € 200.000,00 tot een groot project van circa € 2.000.000,00 binnen de afbouwsector. Hierbij werk je voornamelijk met de onderdelen metal-studwanden en plafonds, timmerwerken en systeemplafonds. Op het project ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je signaleert meer- en minderwerk, controleert de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk, stuurt de bouwplaats medewerkers aan en zorgt voor de naleving van de werkplanning. Daarnaast zie je erop toe dat de regels en voorschriften binnen de bouw worden nageleefd. Je werkt nauw samen binnen een hecht projectteam met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en modelleur.
