Geestelijk verzorger voor Tangenborgh Als je graag tijd maakt voor echte ontmoeting - samen zoekend naar lichtpuntjes, daar waar verhalen vervallen in stilte - dan ben je hier op je plek. De vakgroep geestelijk verzorging van Zorggroep Tangenborgh zoekt een nieuwe collega als Geestelijk verzorger. Wat je gaat doen Als geestelijk verzorger werk je flexibel op meerdere locaties in en rondom Emmen, Zuidoost-Drenthe. Je begeleidt kwetsbare ouderen (met dementie) bij hun levens- en zingevingsvragen. In open gesprekken van mens tot mens help je hen verbinding te maken met bronnen van vreugde, kracht en troost. Vanuit een holistische benadering werk je nauw samen met verschillende disciplines. We kennen onze bewoners én we kennen elkaar. Zo zijn we samen van betekenis voor het welzijn van onze bewoners en onze collega's. Wat deze functie binnen Tangenborgh zo bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van vrijheid, betekenis en ontwikkeling. Je vervult een zelfstandige rol waarin je veel ruimte krijgt voor eigen initiatief, creativiteit en professionele verdieping. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je beweegt mee met wat er leeft bij bewoners en medewerkers en speelt in op de vragen en behoeften die zich aandienen. Je verzorgt vieringen, herdenkingen en andere betekenisvolle bijeenkomsten. Daarnaast heb je een adviserende rol bij beleidsontwikkeling op zorgvisie, zingeving en ethiek en draag je bij aan de deskundigheidsbevordering van medewerkers op deze thema's. Welkom in ons team Samen met je collega geestelijk verzorger ben je onderdeel van de Behandeldienst. Hierin werk je nauw samen met o.a. artsen, verpleegkundig specialisten en psychologen. Op verzoek, verwijzing of eigen initiatief ben je er voor bewoners, hun naasten en medewerkers door individuele gesprekken, groepsgesprekken en moreel beraden.
