Bouw jij mee aan de toekomst van het Land van Cuijk? We zijn op zoek naar een Medewerker bezwaar en beroep (36 uren per week)

Een moderne gemeente volop in ontwikkeling. Met 33 kernen, ruim 90.000 inwoners en 351 km² zijn we de grootste gemeente van Brabant. Die schaal geeft ons slagkracht. Tegelijk blijven we dichtbij: we luisteren, gaan naar buiten en werken samen met inwoners en ondernemers.

Onze belofte is helder: gewoon goede dienstverlening. Dat betekent dat we doen wat nodig is, met aandacht voor de mens achter de vraag. We maken het makkelijk, communiceren duidelijk en zorgen dat iedere vraag beantwoord wordt.

Binnen onze organisatie werken we als aanpakkers: nuchter, betrokken en resultaatgericht. We kijken naar wat wél kan, nemen verantwoordelijkheid en komen in actie. Met ongeveer 900 collega's bouwen we elke dag samen aan een gemeente waarin mensen zich gezien en geholpen voelen. In deze rol werk je aan opgaven die ertoe doen voor onze inwoners, ondernemers en collega's. Je levert een directe bijdrage aan onze belofte van gewoon goede dienstverlening: doen wat nodig is, met aandacht voor de mens achter de vraag.

Je verwerkt de formele en informele reacties op de verzonden WOZ-waardebeschikkingen. Je verwerkt de adviezen van de taxateurs en handelt de bezwaren af. Verweerschriften en stukken voor de rechtbank stel je in samenwerking met de senior op. Daarnaast behandel je ook bezwaren en beroepszaken tegen aanslagen van overige heffingen (onroerendezaakbelasting, toeristenbelasting, reclamebelasting, rioolheffing en reinigingsheffingen). Je beantwoordt zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk vragen van inwoners.

Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid. We zoeken iemand die kansen ziet, meedenkt en in actie komt.
