Bij de gemeente Someren werken we in een kleinschalige, informele en open organisatie waar korte lijnen en samenwerking centraal staan. Je werkt binnen het team Advies en Ondersteuning, dat verantwoordelijk is voor financiën, communicatie, HR en juridische zaken. Dit team bestaat uit ruim 20 medewerkers. De financieel adviseurs vallen binnen het cluster financiën met 8 medewerkers.

In het team Advies en Ondersteuning werk je met gedreven collega's die samen aan de lat staan voor het leveren van uitstekende interne dienstverlening. We zorgen ervoor dat jij je snel thuis zult voelen! Als financieel adviseur van het ruimtelijk domein zet jij jouw financiële expertise in om samen met jouw collega's de toekomst van onze gemeente Someren vorm te geven. Wat is er mooier dan een rol spelen in het oplossen van maatschappelijke vraagstukken die écht impact hebben op het leven van inwoners? Denk aan belangrijke thema's zoals woningbouw, klimaatadoptatie, leefbaarheid, energietransitie en netcongestie. Als financieel adviseur krijg jij de kans om bij te dragen aan deze veranderingen! Dit ga je doen

Samen met je collega's in het team Advies en Ondersteuning werk je aan de financiële vraagstukken van de gemeente. Jouw focus ligt hierbij op het ruimtelijk domein. Hieronder vallen vakgebieden zoals woningbouw, duurzaamheid, openbare ruimte en veiligheid en handhaving. Jouw taken zijn veelzijdig, je:

• vertaalt beleid, projecten en wet- en regelgeving naar concrete financiële gevolgen; • geeft advies aan teammanagers, projectleiders en beleidsmedewerkers; • ontwikkelt samen met collega's het financieel beleid van de gemeente; • houdt toezicht op budgetten, investeringsplannen en de financiële situatie van de gemeente; • staat samen aan de lat voor het opstellen van de begroting, jaarverslagen en tussentijdse rapportages.

Functie-eisen: Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, positieve collega met de volgende eigenschappen:

• een afgeronde financiële opleiding op minimaal Hbo
