Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de ambtelijke organisatie en WOR-bestuurder. De kerntaken zijn - Je vertaalt bestuursbesluiten naar de ambtelijke organisatie en adviseert het college over de uitvoering en je monitort de voortgang. - Je neemt deel aan beraadslagingen en monitort de voorbereiding, uitvoerbaarheid en consistentie van de collegebesluiten. - Je bent een integere en betrouwbare sparringpartner voor het college als geheel en individuele leden daarvan. - Je hebt een constructieve 'tandem-relatie' met de burgemeester. - Je neemt deel aan het driehoeksoverleg met burgemeester en griffier. Je bevordert en draagt bij aan een goede samenwerking tussen college en raad, alsmede griffie en ambtelijke organisatie. - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de (strategische) ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Competenties en ervaring - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als (interim) gemeentesecretaris / algemeen directeur. - Je hebt kennis van wet- en regelgeving en gemeentelijke besluitvormingsprocessen. - Je beschikt over bestuurlijke en politieke sensitiviteit. - Je bent een netwerker die de juiste verbinding legt tussen samenleving, samenwerkingspartners, raad, college en organisatie. - Je bent zelfstandig, staat stevig in je schoenen en beschikt over een zakelijke insteek.
