Blijf sterk in je werk - Mentaal gezond in je werk - Gemotiveerde en energieke begeleider... Elver zoekt een Gemotiveerde en energieke begeleider met een achtergrond in de zorg en welzijn gezocht! Ben jij in het bezit van een diploma niveau 3 of 4 op het gebied van zorg en welzijn? Maar mis je nog een aantal competenties om als begeleider wonen of dagbesteding in de gehandicaptenzorg te starten? Dan kun je bij Elver starten met een verkort opleidingstraject voor het behalen van je diploma (persoonlijk) begeleider maatschappelijke zorg niveau 3 of 4. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt als begeleider in opleiding op een woon- of dagbestedingslocatie. De locaties zijn in de regio Arnhem, Nieuw Wehl, Laag Soeren of Doetinchem. Naast het werk, volg je een opleiding. Dit houdt in dat je één dag per week naar school gaat en de overige tijd in de praktijk werkt. Samen met jouw collega's in het team zorg je voor een optimale woon- en leefomgeving voor de bewoners en deelnemers. Als begeleider werk je in onregelmatige, wisselende diensten. Je werkt overdag, 's avonds en in het weekend, ook op feestdagen. Onze bewoners en deelnemers vragen zorg en/of begeleiding die is afgestemd op hun persoonlijke wensen en behoeften. De werkzaamheden die hierbij horen zijn afhankelijk van de doelgroep waarmee je werkt. Maar, geen paniek; je komt bij Elver om het vak te leren! Wij kijken op maat met jou naar een passende locatie om te starten! Je volgt het verkorte opleidingstraject bij het Graafschap College of het Rijn IJssel College. Wij kijken op maat met jou welke school aansluit bij jouw werklocatie en woonplaats. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt affiniteit met de gehandicaptenzorg. - Het is belangrijk dat je goed samen kunt werken met je collega's, omdat je samen verantwoordelijkheid draagt binnen een zelfstandig werkend team. - Je voert de werkzaamheden uit volgens de regels en instructies van Elver en houdt hierbij rekening met de individuele z...
