The posting

Bij Amplifino bouwen we softwareproducten die mee vormgeven aan de energietoekomst van morgen. Met onze technologie en data-intelligentie ontwikkelen we betrouwbare forecasting-oplossingen voor de productie van hernieuwbare energie (wind en zon), actief in verschillende landen. Zo helpen we projectontwikkelaars, netbeheerders en energiehandelaars om betere beslissingen te nemen en duurzame energie optimaal te integreren.

Om onze volgende stap in artificiële intelligentie te zetten - naast onze bestaande inzet van GitHub Copilot en Microsoft 365 Copilot - willen we binnenkort onze eerste agentic AI-toepassingen bouwen: chatbots en intelligente assistenten die collega's en klanten verder helpen.

Voor die opdracht zoeken we een GenAI Engineer die niet alleen mee bouwt, maar ook intern de fakkel draagt: kennis opbouwen, collega's coachen en mee de standaarden zetten voor hoe wij AI zien.

De rol

Als GenAI Engineer word je een technische sleutelfiguur in onze AI-transformatie. Je start met een concreet kick-off project samen met onze externe partner, en bouwt van daaruit de interne capability verder uit.

Je combineert hands-on engineering met een coachende rol. Je schrijft code, maar helpt ook collega's om hun eigen AI-reflexen aan te scherpen. Je denkt mee over architectuur, governance en de bredere AI-roadmap.

Wat je bij ons doet

  • Je ontwerpt en realiseert agentic toepassingen zoals chatbots en AI agents die intern of extern echt het verschil maken.
  • Je werkt in cocreatie schouder aan schouder met onze partner aan het eerste project, en zorgt dat alle kennis bij ons blijft hangen.
  • Je bepaalt mee de architectuur en RAG pipelines, kiest de juiste tools (vector databases, frameworks, modellen) en bouwt robuuste retrieval augmented oplossingen.
  • Je zet evaluatiepipelines op, bepaalt mee de spelregels rond datagebruik en helpt verborgen AI gebruik kanaliseren.
  • Je traint en begeleidt collega's die zelf met AI aan de slag willen, van developers tot business users.
  • Je denkt mee over de AI roadmap en adviseert het management over volgende stappen, partnerkeuzes en investeringen.

Vereisten

Wij zoeken iemand met aantoonbare ervaring in het bouwen van LLM gebaseerde toepassingen, geen onderzoeker maar een bouwer met visie.

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met software engineering, waarvan minimum 1 jaar in productieve GenAI toepassingen.
  • Sterke kennis van Python en/of TypeScript, en frameworks zoals LangChain, LlamaIndex of Semantic Kernel.
  • Praktijkervaring met RAG architecturen, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search), MCP en prompt engineering.
  • Ervaring met het bouwen en evalueren van AI agents en tool calling workflows.
  • Een coachende ingesteldheid: je deelt graag kennis en tilt collega's mee omhoog.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring met Azure cloud omgeving, GitHub Copilot, Databricks.
  • Achtergrond in MLOps of DevOps (CI/CD, containers, observability).
  • Voeling met de energiesector of B2B SaaS.
