Als General Accountant/Finanzbuchhalter bist Du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den operativen Abteilungen und dem Finanzbereich. Mit Deinem Blick für Details, Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Deinem Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge trägst Du maßgeblich zur Steuerung und Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse bei. 1 General Accountant/Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) - Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel Deine Highlights bei uns:

* Unterstützung unseres Business Controllers im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen

* Verantwortung für die strukturierte Ablage, Dokumentation und Pflege relevanter Finanzunterlagen

* Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen

* Kontrolle und Abstimmung von Tagesumsätzen, Kreditkartenabrechnungen, Debitoren und Kassenabschlüsse

* Debitorenverwaltung und -überwachung

Deine Einzigartigkeit im Fokus

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finanzwesen oder Back Office, idealerweise in der Hotellerie

* Berufserfahrung am Front Office oder in einer operativen Hotelabteilung von Vorteil

* Verständnis für Hotelabläufe

* Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Diskretion und Zahlenaffinität

* Umfassende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Ein Verständnis für die thailändische Kultur wird geschätzt
