Creativiteit en flexibiliteit vormen de basis van ons succes. Wat ga je doen? Als General Manager ben jij de spil van ons succes en geef je leiding aan alle aspecten van onze hotels. Jij: - Bouwt aan een sterk team door talent te ontwikkelen, mensen te motiveren en een fijne werksfeer te creëren. - Creëert onvergetelijke gastenervaringen door te streven naar topkwaliteit en persoonlijk contact. - Neemt de touwtjes in handen als het gaat om budgetten, operationele efficiëntie en strategische plannen. - Durft te vernieuwen en zet ideeën om in actie om onze hotels naar een hoger niveau te tillen. - Zet ons op de kaart door samen te werken met sales en marketing om onze zichtbaarheid en bezettingsgraad te vergroten. Wat zoeken we in jou? Je bent een hands-on leider met een scherp oog voor detail en een gezonde dosis lef. Jij brengt: - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als General Manager in de hotellerie. - Een frisse kijk op hospitality en een passie voor het overtreffen van gastverwachtingen. - Uitstekende communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden: jij inspireert! - Een sterk financieel inzicht en strategische denkwijze. - Liefde voor food & beverage en ervaring met evenementen en zaalverhuur. - Bekendheid met Amsterdam (de hotelmarkt en de lokale cultuur)...
