Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de gastbeleving, commerciële prestaties, cultuur en dagelijkse operatie. Je runt het hotel met eigenaarschap, staat met beide benen in de operatie, bouwt aan een sterk team en zorgt voor een onderscheidende positie in de markt. Altijd ben je dichtbij, betrokken, verbindend en richtinggevend. Je weet wat er speelt, op de vloer én in de lokale markt. Je bent ook mede het gezicht in de omgeving rondom, waar jouw betrokkenheid binnen een rijk (zakelijk) netwerk onderdeel is van jouw rol. Als team maak jij het commerciële verschil in deze 'bigger-than-life' omgeving, die zich kenmerkt in 24/7 hospitality mentaliteit. De lokale en internationale markt, gelieerd met haven-, chemie en energiesectoren, is zeer dynamisch en vraagt dagelijks om een snelle besluitvorming. De lokale connectie met de omgeving is ook groot op de particuliere markt. Het recent geopende restaurant ROAM en de bekende Desert Inn Pub zijn trekpleisters voor lokale inwoners. Als General Manager draag je bij aan de verdere groei van deze horeca locaties en mag je aan het roer staan van een lancering van een geheel nieuw hotel!
