The posting

1. Full oversight of daily operations for Belgian branch; formulate corporate development strategy, annual business plan & European market expansion roadmap.

2. Develop & maintain pan-European supplier & client networks, conduct cross-border business negotiation, contract review & execution.

3. End-to-end cross-border supply chain management: build European local recycling channels, coordinate copier consumables sorting, warehousing, logistics, customs clearance & export to China.

4. Full financial control: budget management, cost optimization, AR/AP & cash flow supervision; review major capital expenditures, lift overall profitability.

5. Standardize SOP for warehouse operation, QC, customs filing & cross-border logistics to mitigate international trade compliance risks.

6. Recruit, build & lead local operation, procurement & warehouse teams, establish complete organizational structure for sustainable independent operation.

7. Ensure full compliance with Belgian & EU import/export regulations, standardize customs documents & cross-border shipping procedures.

1. Minimum 2 years of solid working experience exclusively in copier & consumables (toner, cartridge, refurbished copier) industry, covering international trade, cross-border supply chain & full corporate general management.

2. Bachelor's undergraduate degree in economics / international business administration.

3. Fluent written & spoken English for daily cross-border business communication; Mandarin Chinese mandatory for Asia headquarters & Asian supplier coordination.

4. Full financial control: budget management, cost optimization, AR/AP & cash flow supervision; review major capital expenditures, lift overall profitability.

5. Standardize SOP for warehouse operation, QC, customs filing & cross-border logistics to mitigate international trade compliance risks.
