A Beautiful Mess wil graag verbinding brengen tussen twee werelden die elkaar normaal gesproken niet tegenkomen. Midden in Amsterdam, de stad die altijd zo gastvrij is geweest voor vluchtelingen. Het restaurant is voortgekomen uit het netwerk van stichting Refugee Company. Zij helpen mensen die naar Nederland zijn gevlucht om hier hun plek te vinden. Nederland is op veel vlakken anders dan Eritrea, Oekranië of Syrië, en via A Beautiful Mess kunnen onze medewerkers vanuit een veilige basis wennen, ritme opdoen, zich richten op hun toekomst, en uitstromen naar een baan of opleiding. Al die invloeden zorgen voor een heerlijk experimentele keuken. wat ga je doen? Als General Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor één van onze horecalocaties . Je: - Stuurt de volledige operatie van jouw locatie aan: keuken, bediening, events, trainingen voor de leerwerktrajecten en commerciële processen. - Geeft direct leiding aan een locatie team van circa 22 FTE (Amsterdam) respectievelijk 18 FTE (Arnhem). - Bewaakt gastvrijheid, kwaliteit, efficiency, rendement en impact doelstellingen. - Bent verantwoordelijk voor het be...
