Onze afdeling vervult een belangrijke taak in het verzamelen, verwerken en doelgericht beschikbaar maken van vorderingsdata aan de opsporing. Als generalist bij Interceptie & Sensing houd je je bezig met de (complexere) aanvragen voor tap-/gegevensverzoeken die binnenkomen vanuit het land. Je behandelt deze aanvragen, beantwoordt vragen van interceptiedesken en opsporingsteams en lost problemen op die ontstaan in het interceptiesysteem. Dit houdt in dat je onder andere: - complexe aanvragen voor tapaansluitingen, historische gegevens en doorgeleidingen uitvoert; - complexe aanvragen voor bijzondere aanbieders zoals social mediabedrijven en gaming platformen uitvoert; - vragen via telefoon en e-mail van opsporingsteams en interceptiedesken in het land beantwoordt over de mogelijkheden van Interceptie & Sensing; - termijnen bewaakt en spoedverzoeken behandelt; - verbeterideeën aandraagt om onze service en expertise actueel en operationeel te houden; - een vraagbaak bent of wordt voor je collega's. Onze afdeling moet 24 uur per dag en 7 dagen per week haar werk kunnen doen. Als generalist bij de Afdeling Interceptie & Sensing werk je daarom in onregelmatige diensten en draai je mee in het 24/7 rooster. Waar ga je werken? De Afdeling Interceptie & Sensing (I&S) is onderdeel van de Eenheid Landelijke Expertise en Operaties (LX) en vervult een belangrijke taak in het verzamelen, verwerken en doelgericht beschikbaar maken van vorderingsdata aan de opsporing.
