Das Angebot der Genesungsbegleitung ist ein Angebot von Betroffenen für Betroffene zum gemeinsamen Erfahrungsaustausch im Umgang mit einer psychischen Krise oder Erkrankung. Da sie selbst verschiedene Behandlungswege kennengelernt haben, sind sie Expert*nnen aus Erfahrung.

Sie nutzen ihre eigenen Erfahrungen mit den krankheitsbedingten Einschränkungen und ihre eigenen Erfahrungen zur Nutzung ihrer persönlichen Ressourcen für die Genesung (Recovery). Dieses Erfahrungswissen wird an die Klientinnen, soweit es ihnen diesen dienlich ist weitergegeben.

Die Caritas der Diözese St. Pölten sucht 1 Genesungsbegleiter*in für den Standort Waidhofen/Thaya oder Zwettl.

Arbeitsbereich: Psychosoziale Angebote

Ausmaß: Teilzeit

Arbeitsausmaß: 10 Wochenstunden

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort, befristet mit dem Projekt

Aufgabengebiet:

* Beratung, Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer KlientInnen bei der Entwicklung ihrer persönlichen Potentiale zur selbstbestimmten Problemlösung (Empowerment)

* Geplante zielorientierte Interventionen in Form von Einzel-, Paar-, Familien- oder Gruppengesprächen

* Führerschein B

* Ex-in Ausbildung

* Wertschätzender Umgang

* Respekt vor den Erfahrungen jedes Einzelnen bei der Bewältigung von Krankheit und Krisen

Entlohnung nach Caritas Kollektivvertrag: Mindestgehalt in der Gehaltsstufe 1 - Verwendungsgruppe V: € 2.731,00.(bei 37 Wochenstunden), bei 10h/Woche € 570,80. Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und Betriebsvereinbarungen.
