Wir möchten gerne unser bestehendes Team verstärken, diesbezüglich können wir Ihnen nachstehendes Stellenangebot anbieten: 1 Geograph_in - Standort Gmunden *** Vollzeit (40 Std.-/5 Tage-Woche) / Arbeitsort: Gmunden / Arbeitsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung, bzw. ab sofort möglich

Wer Raum plant, will Bleibendes schaffen. Bei Hinterwirth in Gmunden paaren sich Mut und das beharrliche Credo der Architektur Sinn zu geben, und das seit 45 Jahren.

AUFGABENBEREICH:

* Ausarbeitung von örtlichen Entwicklungskonzepten

* Neuerstellung, Bearbeitung und Revision von Flächenwidmungs- und Bebauungsplänen

* Bearbeitung von städtebaulichen Einzelaufgaben sowie Wettbewerben in Kooperation mit dem Architektenteam

* Persönliche Betreuung der Ortsplanungsgemeinden

* Bearbeitung von städtebaulichen Einzelaufgaben, z.B. Leerstandskonzepten und Stadtkernentwicklungen

GEWÜNSCHTE VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium FH, Uni Raumplanung und Raumordnung oder Geografie mit Kenntnissen in der Raumplanung und Geoinformation bzw. Architektur / Landschafts-planung/Landschaftsarchitektur mit Kenntnissen in der Raumplanung und Geoinformation

* Einschlägige Berufspraxis von Vorteil

* Versierte GeoOffice und AutoCAD Kenntnisse

* MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Engagierter und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil

* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein B
