rmDATA hat seinen Hauptsitz in Pinkafeld, einer Kleinstadt im Südburgenland mit hoher Lebensqualität. Unser Standort liegt im Technologiezentrum etwas außerhalb, mit viel Grün und Freiraum drum herum. Es gibt aber auch viel Raum für Weiterbildung und persönliche Entwicklung. Das erwartet dich

Als Mitarbeiter_in im technischen Vertrieb bist du verantwortlich für die Akquisition von Neukund_innen und die Betreuung bestehender Anwender_innen für die Branchen Gemeinden & Städte, Leitungsverbände & Stadtwerke und Telekommunikation. Du vertreibst rmDATA-Software im Bereich Informationssystem eigenständig, führst Beratungs- und Verkaufsgespräche durch und bereitest Software-Präsentationen vor. Du verstehst die Wünsche und Anforderungen der Anwender_innen, tauscht dich dazu mit dem Produktmanagement und der Entwicklung aus und unterstützt bei Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen. Diese Position bietet einer motivierten Persönlichkeit, die gewohnt ist, selbst-organisiert zu arbeiten, Teil eines kontinuierlich wachsenden Unternehmens zu sein.

Dein Betätigungsfeld

* Vertrieb von rmDATA Software-Lösungen (inkl. Pre-Sales und After-Sales Betreuung) im Bereich Informationssysteme in ganz Österreich (Schwerpunkt Ostösterreich und Zentralraum) im B2B-Bereich * Gewinnung von Neukund_innen sowie Ausbau bestehender Kund_innenbeziehungen (Cross-Selling) * Durchführung von Präsentationen, Beratungsgesprächen und Angebotserstellung * Begleitung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses bis zum Vertragsabschluss * Aufbau und Pflege von Vertriebspipelines (Forecasting) * Pflege und Steuerung der Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM-System * Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Software-Entwicklung

Das zeichnet dich aus

* Ausbildung oder fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Geoinformatik bzw. Informationssysteme oder in einem der Gewerke Wasserversorgung, Abwasserentsorgung, Energieversorgung, Telekommunikation. * Technisches IT-Verständnis und Interesse an Software-Lösungen * Erfahrung im B2B Software-Vertrieb sind von Vorteil * Freude am Umgang mit Menschen verbunden mit Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten * Abschlussstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick * Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Pipeline, Forecast) von Vorteil * Hohe Eigenmotivation und Ergebnisorientierung * Reisebereitschaft
