Die Landeshauptstadt Bregenz bietet ab sofort folgendes Stellenangebot: 1 Geoinformationstechniker:in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit 50% Geodaten sind eine wichtige Grundlage für die tägliche Arbeit der Stadtverwaltung - von Kataster- und Eigentümerdaten über Naturbestand und Luftbilder bis hin zu räumlichen und statistischen Auswertungen. Als Geoinformationstechniker:in verbinden Sie technisches Know-how mit räumlichem Denken und schaffen verlässliche Informationen über das Stadtgebiet. Damit unterstützen Sie die Stadtverwaltung bei fundierten Entscheidungen und bei der vorausschauenden Planung und Entwicklung einer modernen Stadt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Organisation und Durchführung aller Arbeitsschritte zur Aktualisierung der geographischen und raumbezogenen Datengrundlagen (Kataster, Eigentümerdaten, Naturbestand, Luftbilder etc.)

* Unterstützung bzw. Zusammenarbeit mit sämtlichen Dienststellen bei der Erstellung demographischer, raumbezogener Auswertungen sowie Plandarstellungen aller Art

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Vermessungs- und Ingenieurbüros, Ziviltechniker:innen sowie externen Partner:innen (z.B. Land Vorarlberg, vkw, Softwarepartner:innen)

* Einschulung der GIS-Anwender:innen in die unterschiedlichen Auskunftssysteme

* Durchführung statistischer Auswertungen

* Sämtliche Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Softwareaktualisierungen

* Aufbau eines digitalen dreidimensionalen Stadtmodells

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Vermessungs- und Geoinformationstechniker:in, Geomatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung

* Kenntnisse in Vermessungstechnik, Kataster und Grundbuch

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger CAD-Software (AutoCAD) sowie GIS-Systemen (ArcGIS)

* Hohes technisches und logisches Verständnis sowie gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

* Strukturierte, sehr sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein bei der Erfassung und Verarbeitung relevanter Geodaten

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Die Stelle ist in der Gehaltsklasse 10 eingereiht. Laut Gehaltsschema des Gemeindeangestelltengesetzes 2005 beträgt das Monatsbruttogehalt abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und der abgeschlossenen Ausbildung mind. 3.454,94 Euro auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
