Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in woonunits, zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega's om hun team te versterken als BIM modelleur!

Als BIM Modelleur ben jij de architect van de toekomst! Je dompelt jezelf onder in onze modulaire ontwerpen en gebruikt je BIM kennis om ze tot leven te brengen.

We maken graag kennis met jou om samen op zoek te gaan naar de job die écht bij jou past.

  • Uitgebreide ervaring, lees als minimum 4 jaar, en expertise in BIM modellering, met een focus op staalconstructies;
  • Aantoonbare vaardigheid in het maken van gedetailleerde productietekeningen;
  • Initiatiefrijk en proactief, met een vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en oplossingen te vinden voor complexe technische uitdagingen;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een scherp oog voor detail om nauwkeurige modellen te ontwerpen;
  • Passie voor techniek, met specifieke interesse en kennis van zowel elektriciteit, sanitair en ruwbouw in staal;
  • Bekendheid met verschillende BIM softwarepakketten, met de flexibiliteit om te werken met het pakket dat het beste bij jou past;
  • Vermogen om de tekenkamer vorm te geven met jouw kennis en ervaring, inclusief het bepalen van werkwijzen en het introduceren van nieuwe ideeën aan de productiemanagers;
  • Creativiteit en innovatief denken om nieuwe processen te ontwikkelen en de efficiëntie te verbeteren;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te kunnen samenwerken met collega's en andere stakeholders;
  • Relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de industrie wordt sterk gewaardeerd;
  • Een proactieve houding ten opzichte van professionele ontwikkeling en een bereidheid om op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe technologieën en methodologieën binnen BIM.
