In deze rol combineer je technische interesse met menselijk inzicht. Je leert klanten en hun productieprocessen écht kennen en bouwt mee aan oplossingen die op lange termijn waarde creëren.

  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt een bestaande klantenportefeuille.
  • Je leert de productieprocessen van klanten grondig kennen.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je durft klanten inhoudelijk uit te dagen en bent een volwaardige gesprekspartner.
  • Samen met technische collega's werk je oplossingen uit die technisch én commercieel sterk zijn.
  • Je vertaalt technische concepten naar duidelijke offertes.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar engineering en projectmanagement.
  • Je volgt projecten op en bouwt verder aan duurzame samenwerkingen.

We zoeken iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid. We zoeken geen klassieke commerciële generalist, maar iemand die de industriële wereld begrijpt. Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving of industriële sector en bent vertrouwd met machines, processen en automatisering. Vanuit die basis bouw je verder aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jij bent iemand die:

  • gemotiveerd is om zich vast te bijten in een technische omgeving;
  • een commerciële achtergrond heeft;
  • ambitie heeft om zich inhoudelijk te ontwikkelen;
  • graag leert en zich volledig wil inwerken;
  • het grotere geheel ziet en verder kijkt dan een snelle verkoop;
  • energie haalt uit het opbouwen van langdurige relaties;
  • nieuwsgierig is en de juiste vragen durft te stellen;
  • graag samenwerkt met technische experten om tot de beste oplossing te komen;
  • je communiceert vlot in het Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een sterke troef. Heb je deze kennis nog niet, dan ben je bereid om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
