Voor een klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om hun team te versterken als calculator-verkoper!

Voor de volgende dingen rekenen ze op jou:

  1. Het opmaken van voorontwerpen;
  2. Je staat in voor de voorcalculatie van projecten;
  3. Je maakt een analyse en doet controle van dossiers en meetstaten in functie van de lastenboeken en geeft wijzigingen in hoeveelheden door;
  4. Je stelt op basis van de calculaties een kostprijsberekening op;
  5. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de prijsaanvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers;
  6. Jouw missie is het bekomen van een correcte prijsbepaling van een project;
  7. Je vergelijkt offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers, om een duidelijk zicht te krijgen op de technische uitvoering en kostprijscalculatie die verbonden is aan de voorstellen;
  8. Je bent betrokken bij het ontwikkelen, invoeren en continu verbeteren van het VKM-managementsysteem;
  9. Je bereidt een commerciële planning voor in samenwerking met de uitvoering;
  10. Je zorgt intern voor een goede informatiedoorstroom naar de uitvoering;
  11. Je staat in voor prospectie en verkoop van projecten;
  12. Je volgt de markt op wat kostprijzen, technische evoluties en nieuwe materialen betreft;
  13. Je rapporteert aan hoofd verkoop
  • Je hebt een master diploma in een bouwtechnische richting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring;
  • Je combineert dit met een uitgesproken interesse voor industrie- en algemene bouw;
  • Je bent administratief en communicatief sterk;
  • Je bent een teamplayer;
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht;
  • Je bent ondernemend;
  • Je bent flexibel.
