Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in maatwerkmeubelen, zoeken wij een gepassioneerde Internal Sales Medewerker. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en beantwoordt vlot vragen in het Frans. Je geeft productinformatie, maakt offertes op en volgt deze op tot bestelling. Met jouw klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een vlot en professioneel verkoopproces.   • Correct gebruik en beheer van het ERP-systeem
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt en vertrouwenspersoon voor klanten
  • Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten binnen hun dossier, inclusief klachtenbehandeling
  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van orders t.e.m. facturatie
  • Opmaak van standaardoffertes en promotie van het productengamma
  • Administratief verwerken van klantengegevens en up-to-date houden van de database
  • Opvolgen van leveringen, bestellingen en communicatie met operationeel management
  • Ondersteunen van vertegenwoordigers (planning, reizen, offertes, communicatie)
  • Beheren van telefoonverkeer, correspondentie en onthaal van bezoekers
  • Zorgen voor vlotte interne communicatie en samenwerking tussen afdelingen
  • Rapporteren en opstellen van statistieken ter ondersteuning van de Sales Manager
  • Toepassen en opvolgen van interne procedures, richtlijnen en commerciële afspraken
  • Actief bijdragen aan klantenbehoud en prospectie van nieuwe klanten
  • Bieden van algemene administratieve en operationele ondersteuning
  • Sterk commercieel inzicht en lange-termijnrelatiegerichte verkoopvaardigheden
  • Uitstekende luister- en communicatievaardigheden, met een goede voorbereiding en vraagstelling
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden, met oog voor strategie en resultaat
  • Interesse in productkennis en bereidheid om deze verder uit te bouwen
  • Flexibel en doelgericht in een veranderende werkomgeving
  • Oplossingsgericht, kostenbewust en klantgericht
  • Proactief, gedreven en resultaatgericht met een sterk doorzettingsvermogen
  • Kennis van bedrijfs-, milieu-, veiligheids- en leveranciersrichtlijnen

  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en professionele communicatie, zowel intern als extern

Opleiding & ervaring:

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met minimum 1 jaar relevante ervaring
