The posting

Als magazijnier in de expeditie-afdeling voor een bedrijf in Herk-de-Stad heb je een job waarbij je zowel administratieve als fysieke uitdagingen voor jouw rekening neemt;

  • Jouw belangrijkste taak is natuurlijk om alle bestellingen klaar te zetten, te laden en te verwerken in onze IT-systemen. Om dit te doen is het belangrijk dat je de juiste controles uitvoert op de uitgaande goederen en zorgt voor de juiste afhandeling van alle (transport) documenten.
  • Daarnaast ga je ook de voorraden nauwkeurig opvolgen en corrigeren waar nodig in ons ERP/WMS systeem.
  • Dankzij een goed overleg met de verschillende interne afdelingen (planning, productie) slaag je erin om positief mee te werken aan verbeteringsprocessen. Jowu input is much aprreciated!
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen om oa bijvoorbeeld kartonnen dozen uit te pakken en over te stapelen naar plastic bakken;
  • Je spreekt, begrijpt en leest goed Nederlands en/of Engels. We moeten vlot met jou kunnen communiceren én jij moet in staat zijn om vlot informatie door te geven aan jouw collega's waarmee je samenwerkt;
  • Belangrijkste voorwaarde, naast de taal? Je bent gemotiveerd en je hebt een goede dosis gezond verstand/inzicht om nieuwe dingen aan te leren
  • Je kan accuraat werken en bent klantgericht en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Jij hebt geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit.
  • Je bent bereid om met ons ERP en WMS - systeem te leren werken. Als je al met dergelijke systemen ervaring hebt is dat eveneens een grote plus;
  • Ervaring met een heftruck of elektrische stapelaar is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit;
  • Je bent zelf ook netjes en verzorgd;
  • Je vindt het niet erg om in een koude omgeving te werken (0 - 2°)
  • Meestal werk je in dagpost, en 1x om de 3-4 weken met de late post.
