Bij onze klant in Genk staat innovatie, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal. Ze zijn actief in de dynamische sector van keukens en interieur en zijn op zoek naar een medewerker orderverwerking om hun team te versterken.

Ben jij iemand die graag administratieve taken combineert met klantcontact? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Jouw taken:

  • Verwerken van complexe orders via diverse kanalen (e-mail, intern systeem, …)
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en klanten informeren over levertermijnen
  • Contact met leveranciers om leveringen te coördineren en eventuele problemen op te lossen
  • Klantenservice: telefonisch en per e-mail aanspreekpunt zijn voor vragen over bestellingen
  • Nauwkeurige administratie om een vlotte en efficiënte orderverwerking te garanderen
