Voor onze klant, al meer dan 20 jaar een gevestigde waarde binnen de voedingssector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Operationeel Coördinator (24 uur/week) die graag wil meeschrijven aan dit succesverhaal.

Taken:

  • Team & Coaching: Je leidt nieuwe medewerkers op, coacht bestaande collega's en ondersteunt de vestigingsverantwoordelijken.
  • Organisatie & Planning: Je volgt de personeelsplanningen nauwkeurig op en bewaakt het voorraadbeheer en de bestellingen.
  • Kwaliteit: Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt dat alle procedures (zoals hygiëne en veiligheid) perfect worden nageleefd.
  • Hands-on Support: Je signaleert verbeterpunten en springt flexibel bij op de werkvloer wanneer een team extra hulp nodig heeft.
