Voor een productiebedrijf zoeken we een technisch ondersteuner. In deze sleutelrol vorm je de brug tussen de teamleader en de medewerkers op de werkvloer.

Jouw functie

Ongeveer de helft van je tijd werk je actief mee en ondersteun je collega's bij technische vragen. De andere helft besteed je aan administratieve taken;

  • Je leidt collega's op bij de introductie van nieuwe producten.
  • Je zoekt oplossingen voor technische problemen en specifieke klantbestellingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over productverbeteringen en helpt deze realiseren.
  • Je optimaliseert werkmethodes en werkt duidelijke werk- en controle-instructies uit.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
  • Je ondersteunt de afdeling productbeheer bij de ontwikkeling en introductie van nieuwe producten.
  • Je helpt mee met de voorbereiding, het assembleren en verpakking van producten.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en werking van producten aan de hand van controleformulieren.
  • Je behandelt technische klachten die via de klantendienst binnenkomen en zoekt naar passende oplossingen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterk profiel met ervaring binnen de sector van rolluiken en screens.

Je beschikt over:

  • Ervaring met de productie, montage of installatie van rolluiken en screens.
  • Een goede kennis van de verschillende onderdelen zoals geleiders, assen, motoren, kastsystemen en bedieningen.
  • Kennis van elektrische en gemotoriseerde systemen.
  • Het vermogen om technische tekeningen en montage-instructies correct te lezen en te interpreteren.
  • Ervaring met administratieve opvolging en werken met Office 365
