Als Technisch Planner ben je de schakel tussen klanten, servicetechniekers en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en herstellingswerken efficiënt worden ingepland en opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak verlopen de serviceactiviteiten vlot, efficiënt en klantgericht.

Jouw taken

  • Inplannen van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken voor servicetechniekers.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse planning.
  • Uitwerken van de meest efficiënte en economische routes.
  • Coördineren van de benodigde materialen, gereedschappen en hoogtewerkers.
  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van werkbonnen.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten en techniekers.
  • Snel en oplossingsgericht inspelen op wijzigingen, dringende interventies en onverwachte situaties.
  • De planning actief bijsturen waar nodig om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als planner of in een vergelijkbare coördinerende functie.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond; koeltechnieken is een grote plus.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert professioneel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's, klanten en techniekers.
