Voor een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf, gespecialiseerd in modulaire bouwoplossingen, zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief-Commercieel Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de spil tussen klanten, collega's en technische projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat verkoopdossiers van A tot Z correct worden opgevolgd en krijgt de kans om op termijn ook mee te werken aan grotere technische projecten en aanbestedingen.

Takenpakket:

  • Het beheren en opvolgen van verkoopdossiers van aanvraag tot oplevering.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes voor nieuwe en tweedehandsunits.
  • De administratieve verwerking van dossiers in SAP.
  • Het verzamelen en controleren van technische documenten zoals plannen, attesten en technische fiches.
  • Het plannen van plaatsbezoeken en werfafspraken in overleg met interne collega's.
  • Het onderhouden van professioneel klantencontact en de commerciële opvolging.
  • Het bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een correcte en kwalitatieve dossieropvolging.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor (bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfsmanagement) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in technische producten of een technische werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en behoudt ook onder tijdsdruk het overzicht.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
